How do I place an order?

To order, simply add your selected piece to the cart and provide us with your contact details at checkout. Once we receive your reservation, we will get in touch with you directly and send you an invoice. Your chosen piece will be carefully prepared and shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

If you have any specific requirements, such as a size adjustment (when possible for the piece) or gift wrapping, please leave a comment with your order. These additional services can be included for an extra fee, which will be agreed upon before we send you the final invoice.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order up until the final invoice has been sent out. To request a change, please contact us through our contact form and include your order number along with the details of your request. We’ll review it and get back to you to confirm the change.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
However, some items are non-returnable and this will be clearly marked for each piece.
We strongly recommend reviewing our return policy, which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our items are unique collectible pieces, which usually means there is only one of each. These one-of-a-kind treasures cannot be restocked.

However, some of our more common modern or vintage pieces may come back in stock. Since we carefully source items in good condition, restocking can take time and isn’t guaranteed. We recommend keeping an eye on our shop or subscribing to our Instagram for updates on new arrivals.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
The shipping cost always includes both delivery and mandatory insurance, so your piece is fully protected during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are interested in delivery outside the EU, please contact us by email or phone, and we will check the available options and shipping details for you.

For international shipments, please note that any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
